How to play
Each stage shows an enemy base: walls, shooting towers, resource huts, and a keep at the center. You have three troop cards at the bottom. Bruisers are tanky melee fighters, archers shoot over walls from range but drop fast, and rams head straight for walls and smash through them. Tap a card, then tap any grass outside the red zone, and your troops handle the rest. On a keyboard, press 1, 2, or 3 to pick a card, move the cursor with the arrow keys, and deploy with enter.
You have 60 seconds per raid. Half the base destroyed earns one star, the keep is a second, and full destruction gives you three. Stars bring reinforcements, survivors rejoin your army, and the run ends when your troops run out. Base layouts are seeded from the date, so everyone raids the same bases today. Your best score is saved on your device. Nothing leaves your browser.
How it compares to Clash of Clans
Base Breaker keeps the attack phase, which is the part of Clash of Clans you can actually feel in your hands. Reading a layout, picking a deploy spot, sending rams at the walls while archers pick off towers from range, then watching the destruction bar crawl toward that third star: all of that is here, in raids that last a minute or less. Troop roles map to the classic trio too, with a tank, a ranged unit, and a wall breaker, and towers will happily melt your archers if you drop them carelessly.
We deliberately left out everything else. There is no village to build, no upgrade timers, no gold or elixir economy, no clan castle, and no other players. That cuts both ways. You get straight to the raiding with zero waiting, but you also lose the long game that makes Clash of Clans stick for years: watching your own base grow, donating troops, and fighting clan wars with fifty people who depend on your attack.
So treat Base Breaker as the warm-up. If you catch yourself planning deploy spots before the stage loads, the full game is where that instinct pays off. Supercell has tuned its attack AI, troop balance, and defense variety for over a decade, and our three troop types are a sketch of that depth.

Completely. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts, and no data collection. Clash of Clans itself is also free to download, though it sells optional in-app purchases such as gems.
Does it work offline?
Once this page has loaded, Base Breaker makes no further network requests, so it keeps working through connection drops. Clash of Clans is the opposite: it requires an internet connection to play, since raids and clan features run on Supercell’s servers.
Does my progress save?
Your best score and your daily streak are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device, and they never leave it. There is no account and no cloud sync, so a different browser or device starts fresh. Clash of Clans saves progress to a Supercell ID, which follows you across devices.
